We’re in a Pickle Decadent Dill Ideas:
- Egg, Tuna or Potato Salad: Make your usual egg salad recipe and add a tablespoon or two of the Decadent Dill pickles, diced . Quantity will vary depending on how much egg, tuna or potatoes you use.
- Hamburgers: Add diced Decadent Dill pickles to your hamburger meat before forming the patties, or just add pickle slices to top your burgers.
We’re in a Pickle Rockin’ Relish Ideas:
- Salad Dressing or Vegetable Dip – Strain one cup of the Rockin’ Relish, add ¾ cup of mayonnaise and ½ cup ketchup. Mix well and serve over iceberg lettuce, or with crispy vegetables as a dip.
- Quesadillas - Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in fry pan. Place one tortilla in fry pan, add ¼ cup shredded cheddar or jalapeno cheese, add another tortilla on top (sandwich like). Grill both sides in fry pan. Remove to serving plate and cut like a pizza. Serve with sour cream and Rockin’ Relish. (Optional: Add chicken or beef before adding cheese to first tortilla.)

- Salsa and Cheese Dip - Melt a small block of Velvetta cheese in sauce pan or microwave. Add a jar of the We’re in a Pickle, Chunky Mild Salsa and mix well. Add ½ teaspoon each of cumin and garlic powder (adjust to taste). Continue to stir until well melted and mixed. Serve warm with chips or pita.
We’re in a Pickle Margarita Hot Sauce:
- Marinade - Marinate for at least one hour your choice of fish, chicken, shrimp or lobster in enough sauce to cover. Turn container or plastic bag after ½ hour. Bake or grill as usual.
- Hot Sauce and Crackers – Take an 8 oz. container of cream cheese and place on serving platter. Pour We’re in a Pickle Margarita Hot Sauce over cream cheese to cover and spread onto platter. Serve with your choice of crackers or chips.
- Hot Sauces can be used to add to your favorite chili recipe or to spice up a wide variety of foods.
